Collections and donations

If you live in Hastings or Rother districts our volunteers will come and collect any re-usable furniture or appliances from your doorstep at no cost, and at a time that is mutually convenient. We reuse approximately 115 tonnes of unwanted furniture a year - waste that would otherwise go to landfill sites.

The items are then checked for functionality and quality. Furniture will be offered for sale at affordable rates in our shop. All electrical appliances are checked to ensure they are in good working order and safe to use, we then place a 3-month guarantee on all electrical items and are happy to replace or refund them should they go wrong within that time.
